Under the Second Schedule to the Law, Development Area A includes, among others, regional industrial zones (at least 100 dunams) in the Northern District. A preferred enterprise in Development Area A is liable to corporate tax of 7.5% (compared with 16% outside it), as is a preferred technological enterprise (compared with 12%).
