Hager-Alperowitz & Co. is one of Israel's leading CPA firms, with unique expertise in taxation, business advisory and corporate guidance. The firm was founded by two partners — Hanoch Hager and Tzvika Alperowitz — both CPAs, and both with senior backgrounds in the Israel Tax Authority.

Founding Partner · CPA & Attorney
B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University and LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. Served for many years as a Senior Income Tax Assessment Inspector at the Jerusalem Assessing Officer. Also served as a privatization economist at the Government Companies Authority, accompanies companies and businesses on strategic and business advisory, and volunteered as a member of the General Assembly of ZAKA.
Founding Partner · CPA & Attorney
B.A. in Accounting and Economics and LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. Served for many years as a Senior Income Tax Assessment Inspector at the Gush Dan Assessing Officer, and today applies his full professional experience to personally accompanying clients before the tax authorities and government ministries, alongside ongoing business advisory. He also served as internal auditor for a local council. Tzvika has lectured in the Tax Authority's inspector-training courses, in the taxation course at the College of Management, and in the accounting course at Peres College.

42 years of VAT experience at the Israel Tax Authority in various supervisory and senior roles. Specialist in VAT representation and complex indirect taxation matters.
CEO
B.A. in Accounting (Ruppin Academic Center) and M.A. in Taxation, with honors (College of Management). Extensive experience across a range of roles at CPA firms. Specialist in conducting audits and preparing financial statements for companies, preparing annual income-tax returns for the self-employed, and handling complex matters before the tax authorities (Income Tax, VAT, and National Insurance). Maintains direct relationships with leading clients alongside managing and supervising the firm's full staff. Previously volunteered with the "Perach" mentoring project and the "Bnei HaMoshavim" youth movement.
Alongside the accountancy practice we run a second company, addressing the need to realise medical entitlements.
