In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, in the event of a serious security incident we commit to:

  • Notifying the Privacy Protection Authority as soon as possible.
  • Informing affected parties of any incident that endangers their rights or freedoms.
  • Taking action to minimize damage and learn lessons.

10. Transfer of Information Outside Israel

Some third-party services (Formspree, Netlify, YouTube) process information on servers outside Israel (mainly in the United States and the European Union). These are professional providers meeting international data-protection standards. By continuing to use the Website, you consent to such transfer.

11. Minors

The Website is not intended for use by minors under the age of 16. If you discover that a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately for deletion.
